Welcome to Aira Suites. By accessing our secure booking engine, confirming reservations, or registering your presence on our residential floors, you enter into a legally binding contract with Aira Suites. Please read these functional boundaries carefully.
1. Check-In & Guest Authentication Rules
In compliance with regulatory authorities in Bengaluru, Karnataka, all adults checking into our executive or family rooms must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License). Foreign nationals are required to present a valid visa and passport structure.
2. Financial Accounts & Payment Flow
All room rates are subject to applicable goods and services taxes (GST). Full payment configuration must be rendered via our secure digital framework or completed explicitly at the front desk upon arrival. Any incidental items, damages to internal premium room fixtures, or long-distance coordinates will be logged onto the master room ledger and processed during checkout clearance.
3. Property Codes & Environment Maintenance
To maintain a peaceful, premium environment for our families, elderly parents, and business professionals, we enforce a strict smoke-free and pet-free mandate across levels 2 and 3 of the complex. Commercial activity, unlawful gatherings, or noise distributions that compromise the architectural tranquility of other guests are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund framework.
4. Boundary of Liability
Aira Suites manages a highly monitored structure with modern security checkpoints and dedicated ground-level parking infrastructure. However, the management will not assume liability for the displacement, theft, or physical damage of personal items, electronic setups, or private motor vehicles parked on the complex boundaries. Guests are encouraged to monitor their belongings attentively.
